Rates & Packages

Each project is unique and each client has a different set of requirements that we can explore together.

General hourly rate is 200 AED for work on any project.

The STRATEGIC MARKETING project process mostly follows in the following steps:

Initial meeting and scope of work outlined with requirements. [Free Consultation.]
Set up strategy session with all prominent role players in the company. Usually a 2 – 3 hour session. [600 AED dependant on scope of work for the 2 hour consultation.]
Research and presentation of the strategic plan to meet the project requirements. [Heavily dependent on scope of work and will be quoted for directly after the strategy session.]
The client will be presented with two options thereafter – We will present all the strategies we have created and the costs associated to our team implementing the plan effectively OR your team can then implement the strategy outlined and the ideas presented.
Once a 50% deposit payment has been made we can set up time frames, targets and get into action!
Final 50% payable on completion of the ativity. Or by 15th of the month the activity occurred in.

Events & Project Management will be charged for based on specific requirements.
All corporate gifts are quoted on quantities and item selected.
Graphic Design and Point of Sale will be quoted on the quantities and materials required.
Conventional Media is based on standard agency commissions based on the specific media selected.

Monthly Package 1

SOCIAL MEDIA MONTHLY

3500 AED per month per brand – minimum 6 month contract.

Includes 3x weekly updates, timeous and professional response to graphic design posts and reels created by our design team. Professional reporting and assistance of complaints/compliments to your team. Fresh headers, logos, images/video creation relevant to the page category and audience needs. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest) (Linkedin can be set up by SMC, but we suggest that the client manage and interact via linkedin to grow that business platform.)

It is advisable that clients spend and additional 1500 AED Budget on Meta Adverts on selected platforms to gain awareness and run regular promotions.

Monthly Package 2

DIGITAL MEDIA MONTHLY

6500 AED per month per brand - minimum 6 month contract. [Includes daily posts/reels/video updates. Timeous and professional response to posts, reporting and assistance of complaints/compliments to your team. Fresh headers, logos, images relevant to the page content and audience. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)

Meta Adverts - 2000 AED spend suggested. 20% management fee applies on the clients advertising spend.

Monthly Website updates via a Content Management System (CMS) max 2 hours per month.

Blog Management – Write/create one article per month and management of replies.

Google Adverts - Set up once off fee applies. Creation of adverts and monitoring of account success to generate leads.

Monthly Package 3

SOCIAL + GRAPHIC DESIGN MONTHLY

7000 AED per month per brand - minimum 6 month contract. [Includes daily social updates/stories/videos/reels. Timeous and professional response to posts, reporting and assistance of complaints/compliments to your team. Fresh headers, logos, eguaging page content creation. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.)

Graphic Design- 8 Hours allocated per month for clients design requirements.

Client to consider adding advertising spend to this package.

Additional Set up Fees

Inital set up: 1500 AED to setup and link each brands selected social media platforms to website or other digital portals.

SOCIAL Plans: 2500 AED for a once off, 6 month social media plan that will outline monthly themes, posts, promotions and adverts, partners, competitions and other exciting activities to get the most out of your social media. (This does not include daily implementation of the plan.)
